I started practicing Pilates in hopes to improve and resolve my back pain issues. Through the Pilates method I have been able to strengthen my abdominal and back muscles and subsequently have minimal back problems. The profound effect of the Pilates method inspired me to go further and follow the Pilates teacher training so that I could share my enthusiasm and benefits of the method with others.
In my previous jobs, I coached and trained employees which provided me with a strong foundation in teaching. This experience follows me into my Pilates classes. I know how to motivate and challenge people so that they can develop their practice further. It is also very important to me to integrate humor and a create a relaxed atmosphere in my lessons.
