Although Pilates is a strenuous exercise method, it has always given me a lot of peace since I started it 10 years ago. By concentrating on your body and the movements you can put aside all other thoughts. In addition, Pilates is a great method to improve your posture and feel good in your body. After years of practicing various forms of Pilates (classical, freestyle and reformer), I took the step two years ago to train as a classical mat Pilates teacher. The structure and routine that are central to this method provide an oasis of peace and concentration that I would like to share with others. I am grateful that I have managed to overcome the fear of standing in front of groups and can now teach with great pleasure. I want to continue to develop myself in this area in order to gain more depth in teaching. In addition to pilates teacher, I am a community nurse, in which prevention and health promotion play an important role.
