Our therapy room provides everything you need to serve your clients in a peaceful, professional environment – plenty of natural light, a beautiful view of the swimming pool, and a green location where clients can park for free from 11am.
Daily rental: €70 per day (ex. VAT)

About the Therapy Room
Our therapy room is designed with both practitioners and clients in mind. Located within Body-Stream, a respected Pilates, Barre, and Yoga studio, you’ll work alongside like-minded health practitioners.

How to Find Us
By Tram: We’re located right at De Kromme Rijn tram stop, on the tram line between Utrecht Central Station and Science Park P&R.
From the tram stop, you can see the De Krommerijn swimming pool. That’s where we are!
By Car: Ample parking is available at the swimming pool location.
- Paid parking: 7:00am – 11:00am
- FREE parking: From 11:00am onwards
Finding the Entrance: To get to Body-Stream, go through the gate on the left hand side of the main building of the swimming pool. Follow the path leading you to the Body-Stream door.

Can I rent the room on a regular basis?
Yes! Many practitioners rent the same day each week. This helps establish consistency for your client base. We’re happy to discuss regular arrangements.
Is the room available on weekends?
Yes, our room is available to rent during the weekend. Please contact us to discuss availability.
Can I leave my equipment in the room?
We can discuss storage options based on your needs and how frequently you’re using the space.
Do you provide treatment tables or equipment?
No, you’ll need to bring your own treatment table and any equipment specific to your modality. The room provides a desk, 2 comfortable arm chairs, natural lighting, and a peaceful environment.
Is there a waiting area for clients?
Yes, clients can wait in our studio’s common lounge space. We have seating available and a welcoming atmosphere.
Can I advertise my services at Body-Stream?
We can discuss appropriate ways to let our clients know about your services. Many of our Pilates clients are interested in complementary therapies. We’re open to cross-referral relationships with trusted practitioners.
What about insurance and liability?
You’re responsible for your own professional liability insurance.
Is there a contract or minimum commitment?
We’re flexible and prefer to have a conversation about what works best for your practice. Typically, we work with either a 3-month trial period or a more regular ongoing arrangement. The best approach is to discuss your needs and schedule with us so we can find an arrangement that suits both of us.
What if I need to cancel a booked day?
We’ll establish clear cancellation terms when you begin renting. Generally, we appreciate as much notice as possible if you need to cancel a reserved day.
Is parking really free for my afternoon clients?
Yes! Parking is paid from 7am-11am, then free from 11am onwards. Most practitioners schedule afternoon appointments to take advantage of this.
