All my life, I have loved dancing and moving. When I first encountered Pilates during my dance training, I immediately noticed what this form of movement could do for the body. That is why I continued to dive deeper into Pilates after my dance training. After practicing Pilates, I always feel so aware of my body - and now I want to share this feeling with you.
